OEM Guide

Information supplied to GTUI voting members (except other OEM’s) must focus on technical content
and answers to User issues. Sales literature and filler material is permitted only if appropriate
technical content has been supplied and issues addressed.

Subject to the limitations above, OEM’s are encouraged to provide appropriate current sales and
technical information to GTUI attendees as part of their electronic distribution.

OEM personnel are expected to demonstrate professional behavior at all times toward other OEM’s on
site. Behaviors including but not limited to attempting to attend other OEM presentations without
express approval or attempts to obtain other OEM materials without express approval of the OEM in
question will be considered a serious ethical breach of GTUI guidelines. Such breach will be reported
by the GTUI Board of Directors to the offender’s executive management with a request for immediate
removal from the GTUI conference and is grounds for immediate withdrawal of the individual and/or
OEM’s invitation to GTUI. Suspension or long term prohibition on GTUI conference attendance for
either the company or individual may be imposed at the discretion of the GTUI Board of Directors.
